Refund policy
We want you to be stoked with your order. But we get it – sometimes it just doesn’t work out. Whether it doesn’t fit, you have changed your mind, or for any other reason, we’re happy to receive the item back in 'as new' condition and provide you with an exchange (equal to the same amount) or refund (exclusive of original and return shipping).
How to Process a Return (Refund/Exchange)
1. Email merch@gageroadsfreo.com.au within 14 days of delivery with these details:
- Your order number
- Details of the item you would like refunded/exchanged
2. We will review your request. When accepted, you can either return your item via post or drop off, to Gage Roads Freo. For returns made via post:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Please provide us with the tracking information of your return when available, so that we know it’s coming.
3. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund (exclusive of original and return shipping) to your original payment method; or dispatch your requested exchange.
For Damaged Items
Please email us at merch@gageroadsfreo.com.au if you receive your item in a defective or damaged state, to either have a replacement or a full refund arranged.
